• Account info — name, email, authentication identifiers (e.g., Apple Sign-In subject)
• Team data — teams you create or join, roles, invitations
• Racing operations data — races, race events, standings, competitors, driver profiles
• Financial data — expenses, payouts, sponsorships (entered by users)
• User content — notes and optional photos you upload (e.g., race-day schedule/lineup photos)
• Device info — device/platform, app version, push notification device tokens

How We Use Information

• Provide core app features (teams, races, race logging, money tracking, standings, recaps)
• Send notifications you opt into (race and team updates)
• Maintain security (authentication, abuse prevention, audit/debugging)
• Improve reliability (crash reports and diagnostics where enabled)

Sharing

• Within your team — data is visible to team members based on roles and permissions.
• Service providers — we use cloud providers (e.g., AWS) to store and process data. We use Stripe for payment processing and Printful for merchandise fulfillment.
• Legal — we may disclose information if required by law.

We do not sell your data to third parties.

Data Retention

• Active accounts retain all data indefinitely.
• If a subscription lapses, data is retained as read-only for 90 days to allow renewal, with export options.
• Deleted accounts have data permanently removed after 90 days.

Children

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Users under 18 require parental consent. Youth racers are represented as driver profiles under a parent account.

Your Choices

• You can manage notification preferences within the app.
• You can request export or deletion of your data at any time.
• You can delete your account through the app settings.

Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (TLS), secure authentication (JWT), and encrypted storage on AWS infrastructure.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification.
