How to Delete Your Account

1. Open the CuzRacecar app and sign in.
2. Go to Profile → Account Settings.
3. Tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm at the prompt. Your account is deleted immediately.

If you cannot sign in, email support@cuzracecar.com from the address on the account and we will process the deletion for you.

What Is Deleted

• Your identity — name, email address, password, and Apple Sign-In identifier are permanently scrubbed.
• Your sessions — all refresh tokens are deleted and every existing access token is invalidated immediately.
• Pending requests — password-reset and email-verification tokens.
• Team memberships — you are removed from every team you belong to.
• Product analytics — usage events are disassociated from you.

What Happens to Teams You Own

• If the team has other members — ownership transfers automatically to the longest-standing remaining member. The team and all of its racing data continue unchanged.
• If you are the only member — the team is deleted along with all of its data: races, race events, standings, competitors, driver profiles, expenses, payouts, sponsorships, notes, and any uploaded photos. This is permanent.

What Is Kept, and For How Long

Racing and financial records belonging to teams that continue to exist — races, expenses, payouts, and sponsorships you entered — remain with the team, because they are the team's operating records rather than your personal data. They are no longer linked to your name or email.

Subscription and payment records are held by Apple or Stripe under their own terms; CuzRacecar does not store card numbers.

Before You Delete

Deletion is permanent and there is no recovery. If you are the sole member of a team whose data you want to keep, invite another member and let them take ownership before deleting your account.
